Jake Isaac is worship Leader and singer/songwriter from South London. Jake has written ‘Greater than it all’, ‘Love song For a city’ (Martin Smith) ‘As in heaven’ (Graham Kendrick) & Final Say (Lou Fellingham). He has also previously worked with for artists such as Gabrielle, India Arie, Cat Burns, Blue & Duffy. As a singer/songwriter Jake has supported/worked with Tori Kelly, Paloma Faith, Angus & Julia Stone and Elton John. Jake loves Jesus, cheesecake & family.
