How many persons from the Team should we be expecting?
This is very much based on your requirement, we have a minimum of 6 maximum 8 persons from the musicians, worship leaders and singers team, with a possibility of 2 assistants. We will confirm the final attending team members for your in-house team preparation.
Will the Church be responsible for promotion?
With regards to promoting the event, we will design and share e-flyers and tag social posts of the event.
What happens if I wish to make this a ticketed event?
If you wish to use this opportunity to host a ticketed event, we will advise you on the set contribution to the band.
How are gifts handled?
Once your date has been confirmed, bank details will be provided for easy transfer. An invoice/receipt can be provided for your accounts records.
How is the transport expensed?
As you can appreciate, these expenses will be required before the event so the necessary arrangements can be secured. You will be advised on the travel expenses and bank details will be provided. An invoice/reciept can also be provided.
Who will be in charge of the order of service?
We have found that this is best carried out by the church.
